Imaging, Focal & Uropathology

The goal is to produce a professional who is highly competent and confident in performing Imaging, Focal, Uropathology procedures; and thereby mitigate the risks of complications.

The EAU Working Group on Imaging, Focal Therapy, and Uropathology is actively engaged in developing curricula for ultrasound, MRI, and focal therapy. The cognitive task analysis for each area is being finalised, and the next step will involve reaching Delphi consensus with experts.

In the meantime, courses covering these materials are being offered at large-scale events, including EAU Annual Congresses and ESU Masterclasses. These hands-on training sessions encompass Ultrasound, MRI Fusion Biopsy, Prostate MRI Reading, PET PSMA, and TP Biopsy.
